Erro MS-SQL Server Msg 3136, Level 16, State 1, Line 1

Erro: 

Este erro abaixo pode ocorrer quando você está tentando restaurar backup de uma base de dados FULL + Diferencial.

Msg 3136, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
This differential backup cannot be restored because the database has not been restored to the correct earlier state.
Msg 3013, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
RESTORE DATABASE is terminating abnormally.

Solução:

Isto pode estar ocorrendo devido ao seguinte.

Foi feito um backup 1º full, depois alguns 1ºs diferenciais, depois outro 2º full, e outros 2º diferenciais.

Ai você restaurou o 1º full + algum do 2º diferencial.

Para não dar este erro e quer restaurar algum do 2º full, você tem que restaurar o 2º Full + algum do 2º diferencial.
